How to get there by public transport:

Address: 5ª NORTE ORIENTE S / N. BETWEEN ILLUSTRIOUS MEN’S SHOES AND OLD PARQUE MADERO, TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ, CHIAPAS.

The planetarium is located in the North East area of ​​the city, on the “Avenida Quinta Norte Oriente” in the same area where the regional museum of anthropology, theater Emilio Rabasa, Paleontology museum, botanical garden, Children’s Coexistence Park.

Take a combi (collective transport) that will leave you in the planetarium, any of the following routes will serve you: R-20, R-30, R-03, R-69, R-21, R-100, R-86, R-123, R-07, R-49, R-29, R-47.

 

How to get there by car:

Drive on the “Quinta Norte Oriente” avenue from any part of the city towards the planetarium located between the Causeway of illustrious men and the old Madero Park, near the “Ninth North East” street.

Your reference to ask citizens can be the theater of the city “Emilio Rabasa and the Children’s Coexistence Park, almost everyone knows those references.

The name with which this planetarium was baptized belongs to the Mexican poet and politician “Jaime Sabines G.”; his father was born in Lebanon, emigrated to Cuba and in 1914 they moved to Mexico City and later to the city “Tuxtla Gutiérrez” in Chiapas.
